Sam has been endorsed by State Representative Ed Lindsey who currently serves as the House Majority Whip and is an attorney. Rep. Lindsey is a founding partner with the law firm of Goodman McGuffey Lindsey & Johnson, LLP.
J. Randolph "Randy" Evans has also endorsed Sam's candidacy. Evans has served as outside counsel to the Speakers of the 104th-109th Congresses of the United States, Dennis Hastert and Newt Gingrich, respectively. He also represents several current members and former members of Congress, as well as elected officials in Georgia.
Evans said, “As a proven leader, talented lawyer, and tireless public servant, Sam Olens is the best candidate to serve as Georgia’s next Attorney General. He can get the job done.”
Robert S. Highsmith Jr., one of Georgia’s foremost experts on campaign and ethics law, currently serves as lead outside counsel to numerous political candidates and statewide office holders.
