Today, Republican gubernatorial front-runner John Oxendine announced the release of his second TV ad. The ad, titled “Welcome to Georgia,” features Oxendine on the Georgia-Tennessee border discussing his plan to make Georgia friendlier for job creation. The plan is part of his “Contract with Georgia” and includes downsizing government, scrapping the income tax, and supporting small businesses.
“Government doesn’t create jobs, but we must create an environment for businesses and entrepreneurs to flourish,” said Oxendine. “My contract with Georgia is my philosophy and written commitment on how we will bring more jobs to Georgia.”
The 30 second ad will begin airing Tuesday, June 29.
